Do you know Socrates is still alive today? Yes, he is. He left us with messages and wise words that positively affect our lives. He is in fact immortal because he will live in our memory forever. He left his legacy.
What is your legacy? What message do you have for the future generations? If any, how will you keep it so that they read it and remember your name for it? What impact do you think your message will have for the future generations?
Operation Immortality is the first and probably the only opportunity you have to leave your legacy. I visited Operation Immortality, signed up for the free online game Tabula Rasa, and used my username and password to log in and leave a message. The message I left will be archived and sent into space. That message is my mankind motto. Millions of generations to come will be able to read that message and I am confident it will mean a lot to them.
Below is my message. The message ID is 838. You can use this ID to check it out at Operation immortality
The above is my own creation and carefully thought of. I consider it a sense of perfection on humanity’s part. The greatest thing humanity strives for is love, but when you look around you, you really don’t see to much of it. Why? Oh, because to love we need to be free, and at peace with each other. That peace which frees up the spirit, mind and body can only be achieved if we understand each other, and strive to walk in each other’s shoes. “Do better than you will be done by”. Most of the times, we attribute disputes to “lack of understanding”. What we fail t realize is that we can’t understand each other if we are strictly divided to age, sex, skin color, race…etc. We must come together and live as one people. Just imagine a world with only geographical boundaries stretching between people. What a wonderful world that will be. We don’t need a very big revolution to achieve that. Just you and I, the two of us, can set up a chain reaction. At last, God will be able to gladly look down on us and say “My children finally understood”.
Don’t miss this opportunity to preserve your legacy in space. If ends this August (2008). Click on this link, create your account (free) and post your very own message so that it will be archive and sent to space too. Feel free to inform all your friends to do the same. Operation Immortality will be glad if you do that. If we will do that, we will save mankind of possible destruction and extinction in the future.

It’s really nice to leave a legacy behind but the legacy I want to leave when I die are the souls of those whom I have pointed the way to God’s kingdom. The only words of commendation that would matter much to me are the words the Lord will say to me when I see Him face to face and that is, “Well done good and faithful servant. Come and share with Me my Father’s kingdom.” Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

@Mel Avila Alarilla - Hmmmm.
I think that is the best Legacy. Maybe I have been focusing my attention but towards the physical legacy rather than the spiritual.
Nice Expression!
